Botox

Botox injection is the cosmetic form of botulinum toxin which comes from a kind of bacteria. This toxin is popularly known as Botox which has been approved by the US FDA for the treatment of certain eye muscle problems. This toxin, in small doses, is also known to block nerve impulses which temporarily paralyzes and relaxes the muscles that cause wrinkles. Hence, through the injection of Botox, the skin has a smoother and more refreshed appearance. Some studies have also shown that Botox can treat and provide relief for headaches, excessive sweating and muscle spasms around the face and neck areas.
